Gudrun Sjödén
Social media — especially organic content — has long played a central role in Gudrun Sjödén’s brand and communication. Storytelling has always surrounded the collections and the products.
In the spring of 2024, Klapp was commissioned to develop the content for Gudrun Sjödén’s social channels. A strategic decision was made to deepen the storytelling and make it more authentic. We turned our focus toward the women behindthe brand — the customers. Instead of traditional sales messaging, we wanted to explore questions such as: What are they passionate about? What interests and inspires them most in life?
We also tested a new approach: asking international customers to film themselves based on a guideline we created. This helped keep production costs down, and we were overwhelmed by how creative the women turned out to be behind the camera.
